Four-Armed Avalokiteshvara ~ Cloth Print with Fabric Trim
This 13"x 18" cloth print with 2" red cloth border depicts the main form of Avalokiteshvara, the helper of all sentient beings. His two primary hands are together holding a wish-granting gem and his other hands hold the crystal rosary and a lotus. He is shown here in the midst of his snow mountain paradise called "Potala" after which the Dalai Lama's palace in Lhasa is named.
