Standard Wholesale Shipping and Payment Policies
Ordering
Our minimum wholesale order is $100 (based on retail price)
Pricing
All prices are listed in our catalog and on our website are retail (suggested). The wholesale prices are calculated from those retail prices. We offer a 40% discount on orders under $1000 (retail) and a 50% discount on larger orders. Please note that the thangka paintings are only available at retail prices.
Terms
All first time orders are shipped pre-paid by credit card until a credit application is approved. Net 30 accounts are subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge. Terms will be revoked on delinquent accounts. We accept checks, MasterCard and Visa, Discover and American Express.
Back Orders
We usually have all items in stock and can ship out within a few days of receiving your order. In the event we are out of an item we will contact you to let you know how long it will take to complete your order.
Freight
Orders are usually shipped via US Postal Priority mail. Occasionally for weightier packages we will ship via UPS. Wholesale shipping charges are calculated from the dollar amount of the wholesale order and reflect pretty closely the actual shipping costs. We make a little on some orders and lose a little on others. The shipping schedule listed on the checkout page is for retail sales; the wholesale shipping charges are as follows (base on total wholesale cost):

Returns
We have an easy return policy: If any items don’t sell or you wish to return them for any reason we will give you a full refund, exchange or credit (less the shipping charges). Just make sure the items are in the original condition.
Product Photographs
We have digital photos of all our products. If you need some for advertising purposes let us know specifically which item photos you want and what you intend to do with them and we’ll usually accommodate you.
