These 7 print Bhutanese solid color prayer flags are 10' tall, the tallest prayer flags we carry in our regular stock (taller flags can be special ordered). Tall Tibetan prayer flags without tongues (streamers) have come to be known as "Bhutanese Style," because they are primarily found in Bhutan. Our traditional Traditional Tibetan prayer flags for poles have borders that are a different color from the body of the flag. The Bhutanese style flags have borders that are the same color as the body of the flag (ie. red flag with red border). The double-folded border is along the pole edge, creating a sleeve, open at the bottom and closed at the top, that can be slipped over the pole. There are also cloth ties along the pole edge that can be used to tie to the pole or can be cut off with scissors if you prefer to use the sleeve option. The other three sides of the prayer flag are also hemmed. The fabric is tightly woven color-fast cotton (with about 10% polyester fibers) - the best quality cloth we could find in South-East Asia.
